PBs twisty take on the top five headlines of the day.

1. The Kolkata Flyover Comes Crashing Down

Not the act of God, but election expenditure caused this tragedy. The public is already divided, half blaming the ‘Make in India’ the other half blaming TMC for corruption. We saw similar accidents in other parts of the country too like in Hyderabad. Feel very bad when people loose their lives because of some other mistakes. Hope a proper investigation takes place.

2. I&B ministry working on publicity drive to mark two years of Modi government

Focusing on the major five policy decisions made by the Modi Government, the I and B team has been successful in selling their brand to the public. Will the same efficiency help them in these upcoming elections as well?

3. Vaiko meets AAP Tamil Nadu convenor ahead of Assembly polls

The MDMK leader, also the coordinator of the four-party Peoples Welfare Front (PWF), had met Kejriwal in New Delhi last year. The two had shared stage at that time during a protest against the Modi governments controversial land acquisition bill.
His reputation is not the one that sways on the positive side, so it seems like a skeptical move by AAP.

4. Cong not interested in development of poor: Gadkari

Mr Gadkari is right in his stand that the first step to reduce poverty of a Nation is education which Congress ignored.

5. Sensex, nifty post biggest monthly gain in 4 years

Even though this seems like a good news, the current lull in markets should not be seen as an opportunity to build cyclical stocks exposure, but rather as a chance to exit them, says the experts.
